I am having a hard time writing this review because I have so much sympathy for everyone trying to build or sell a great product and at first it was an absolutely great product. This tablet case worked just as well as the keyboard, it's stylish and durable. I gave it to my daughter for her birthday and she was very happy with it. Problem? Her brand new iPad broke when we tried to get it out. It's metal at the top where it clips onto the iPad and is difficult to remove. Once it's there, it's best not to delete it. The crack is growing and we're in quarantine so we can't even take the screen for repair. I think the design should fix the kinks and maybe find a way to pull the iPad out without chafing the metal piece on top that's holding it. Unless it's a fancy factory option, design is definitely an issue. Otherwise, we really liked this iPad case.
