This induction hob is one of the best for the simple reason that you can adjust the heat in 5 degree increments at a time. Most induction hobs can only be adjusted in increments of 10 or even 20 degrees. I've had both types of induction ranges and really miss not being able to control the cooking in 5 degree increments. Especially when preparing sauces or dishes that need to be heated slowly. Nuwave was one of the first brands to offer induction hobs for the home. I had my first over 10 years ago and have owned other brands since. My favorite is still Nuwave. Over the years they've improved everything about their cooktops but kept all the great features. My old one would still work if my daughter hadn't pulled something out of the top cabinet where the hob was on my countertop below and dropped a heavy glass slab on top of it. This caused her to collapse. It was actually still working, but I decided to buy a new one for safety reasons!
