I paid full price for this and it was worth every penny. Our DVD system doesn't seem to work without electricity - who would have thought - a fact we learned firsthand when our son tried to screw in the plug and the cables snapped. So after a very very long journey with 4 kids but now the next journey promises to be better because we are back in the game! It works great, nice LONG cords.
