I was wary of this product because it's plastic and I'm clumsy so I was afraid the tripod would fall and the adapter bracket would chip, tear or break apart. Fortunately, the product is research. It's made of durable plastic, so be careful if you drop it on a hard surface. I recommend leaving it on a tripod or storing it carefully in a bad camera in a separate bag or storing it in a separate box or on a shelf. I also like that it doesn't come with clips, but since you have to turn the set screw to open the clips, it can sometimes take a long time.
