I am 5'4", 225 lbs and typically wear either a 16W or 18 in misses. Ordered the XXL and it fits perfectly. However, I cannot close it across my chest. This isn't a deal breaker for me because I only want it to cover my arms and it's great for that. The material has zero stretch though, so if you're in doubt or want it to be really oversized/close across your chest, go up 2 sizes. If you're a 12+ I'd order at least one size up no matter what. Looks just like picture. Great topper for summer.
