Update: I found that the problem was probably related to the new dock I had. However, when I tried another splitter, I found one that included the power cord I needed and was cheaper. Original: The splitter worked for 2 hours, then it didn't work at all, then after a few hours it only worked on 1 screen. He is defective. I had 2 IT guys and they both came to the same conclusion that the splitter was defective. I opened the company's website and saw that the 800 wasn't. It should be # for another country.
