Review on VTech VA17141BK Dect 6.0 Cordless Phone - Caller ID, Wall-Mountable - Black by Nailah Mejia

Quite normal for a landline phone. I haven't given up my landline as I like the backup for my cell phone and prefer to make calls using my landline (and I pay for it with my cable). The two things I don't like about this phone are that the buttons are hard to press, as another reviewer pointed out, and the ringtones are annoying. We only liked one ringtone (sounds almost like a digital kitchen timer) and had to turn the volume down to keep it from pushing us away. Some of them were spectacular - that is, reasonably priced - so we just settled on them. It works, but there's not much to talk about. I can't say anything about the battery life yet.
