After unboxing my new iPhone 12 mini I immediately set about fitting the Torras screen protector onto my phone. Torras has indeed made the process very easy by incorporating a frame to place the phone in, leaving no room for error when applying the screen protector. air bubbles. It only took a few minutes as the screen protector was well made and adhered securely to my phone's screen. Then I installed my new protective cover from another company. Then bubbles started appearing under each corner of the Torras screen protector. No matter how hard I tried to burst these new bubbles, I couldn't make any significant progress. I contacted Torras and the protective case company to see if they had any ideas on how I could solve this problem. Mia from Torras replied to my email within hours with a suggestion to replace the screen protector. She said Torras would take extra steps to make sure I was happy with the customer, which they did. The case company has not responded to any of my emails. So I'm sending the protective case back and leaving the Torras screen protectors. Thank you Mia and Torras!
