I VERY rarely write reviews but wanted to warn buyers not to buy. I got my second ear piercing in March (5 months ago). I've changed earrings several times, even for cheap metals, and haven't had any problems (other than the typical irritation of a new piercing). I wanted these hoop earrings because I didn't like regular earrings, especially when I was sleeping. These tires were really difficult to put on. They looked normal once they were in, but after leaving them for a few days I noticed that a lump had formed over the piercing and it was itchy. After removing the hoops I found that both piercings were quite infected and had a large bump over them. Right now it's too swollen and painful to put other earrings back in, so I'll probably just have to plug the holes. I loved my piercing and am very disappointed that this pair of earrings damaged them so much.
