Broken straight out of the box!

Left earbud straight up does not work. I've tried every reset option I could find, but Urbanista doesn't have a support page for this product (Stockholm and Paris are and are fine, but not London). The right works and can easily connect and play music and take calls, but not outstanding quality. Just frustrating that it broke right out of the box. Not worth the money for a halfway decent product.
