Like other reviewers, I received my product partially discharged in capsules where it had thickened to a greenish gel. Bullshit I'm not sure how it happened in the way it's packaged but there. waste of an expensive product. Unlike most lip products, this comes from a useless squirt container like lotion. It's a yellowish lotion consistency, so it feels like I'm applying hand or face lotion to my lips. There is no burning sensation.
