Lost all air after a month

The ball arrives deflated. We bought a pump and inflated it. The ball worked well for a month. It just started to lose air and becomes flat. Nothing has happened to the ball that would cause this. I add more air and now it only last maybe an hour before it starts to lose go flat again. We missed the return date by a week. Only a 30 day return window. Also the hand placements are not useful. The ball is also overly cushiony.

Pros

My 5 year old learned how to shoot with this ball. I would recommend it.
