Good for mild problems with bags under the eyes.

This is not a remedy for bags under the eyes, only for dark spots under the eyes. I also get tingles from the green tea caffeine in it (I'm pretty sure it's exactly that), which I don't find beneficial. Besides being a mild eye cream, it removes dark spots under the eyes, this is a good product. Also, if caffeine causes the tingling, I don't think caffeine is good for men's sensitive skin.
