I suffer from what most men experience as they age - dark circles under the eyes. I've tried many remedies and while some of them help a little, nothing I've tried has the profound effect I'm seeing online. This product is the same. This is not a remedy for bags under the eyes, only for dark spots under the eyes. I also get tingles from the green tea caffeine in it (I'm pretty sure it's exactly that), which I don't find beneficial.
