Hello. This product has worked great for me. I like that it's not too expensive but still works great. I have tried many products and similar products cost at least double this product. The product seemed to make my pores appear smaller, helped with skin irritation, adult acne, and made my skin healthier overall. I really like that this company is committed to using ingredients that are safe for humans and not using ingredients like parabens etc which can be suspicious and according to some studies cause health problems. I'm glad I found this company, Every Man Jack, and their website that makes great products at a great price. When you need to buy products every month, it helps to find products that are great, that don't break the bank, so to speak, and that are expensive. By the way, I received a bottle of product where the pump didn't work. But then the next few bottles I got, the pump worked properly. So if you receive a faulty bottle I recommend that you simply report it to Revain Customer Service and they will send you a replacement bottle that fits you. Unfortunately, I have also found in my experience that some sellers of health, skin care or other products on Revain store their products in different quality storage locations or treat their products with different levels of care. Unfortunately, if they store them in hot or non-air conditioned warehouses, for example, some of the products may be broken and of lower quality by the time they reach the consumer. I assume the Revain seller is important to Revain.
