This USA made product exceeds anything I can imagine. It arrived superbly packaged with all parts well boxed or boxed and clearly labeled with text and graphics. The assembly instructions and other technical documentation and drawings are excellent (note: I was a technical writer before retirement). The product is very well designed and made and is very attractive. I can't help but be impressed by the variety of colors (I have a green board with black accessories). It's durable and well built and should last forever. The accessories that come with the organizer are great and you can always order more. I prefer proprietary hooks to old regular hooks, but if you have them on hand you can still use them with this product. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed with is the screwdriver holder, which comes in two pieces; a rail securely attached to the board and a stand that slides along the rail. The stand doesn't sit very securely on the rail and can easily be knocked off the rail when you reach for the tool. I'm planning to put some kind of tape or glue in the mounting edge that rests on the rail to prevent this, which should be a quick, easy and effective fix. The price of this item varies (inexplicably) depending on color choice, but hovers around $100, which I find more than reasonable. It's made in the USA with obvious quality control and pride. A hearty clap on the back of Wall Control!
