Works but may require some adjustment
This is a solid A/B switch, but when using anything other than the most basic keyboard and mouse it sometimes freezes or toggles manifesting itself in intermittent opening that will drive you crazy. I believe it's powered via HDMI, I thought maybe USB, but read HDMI, so if you're switching between two laptops and both aren't plugged in, the one with HDMI may need to be powered on first for it to work.
