While looking for a new pillow I decided to try these two from Beautyrest because I knew the brand and was sure it wouldn't be another Chinese made mix of bad smelling pieces of memory foam . Well, Beautyrest has confirmed that this is a quality pillow. I didn't notice any gas build up and the memory foam didn't feel lumpy. These pillows came out of the box almost completely fluffy so they didn't rise much. However, they were still quite fluffy and quite thick, measuring around 6 inches. These pillows were quite comfortable but I prefer something firmer. So I will only use them together for now. I may also purchase another set for my guest bed as it is definitely a much higher quality pillow than most other shredded memory foam pillows you can find here on Amazon.
