Review on 🦷 Set of 2 Apagard Premio 100g Nanohydroxyapatite Remineralizing Toothpaste - the First of Its Kind by Kim Savage

I bought two of these a few months ago and am wondering if I screwed up using them. The instructions are in Chinese but I found a website that says to brush your teeth for about 4-5 minutes. I brushed my teeth but left it for about an hour or so. That was probably a big mistake because I had calcium deposits on one of my upper molars on the right side and somehow I started losing bone in that area. When I had my teeth X-rayed last June, there was only one spot of bone loss and that was a tooth in the bottom of my mouth. Three weeks ago I had so much calcium on this tooth that I had to have surgery. I used this toothpaste from February this year until April 5th. I will go back to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned and see how it goes. -5 minutes and see how it goes from there.
