I was a little nervous when I received the item and opened the box. It looked a little intimidating and I didn't want dust under the protective film. I didn't like the instructions and didn't really want to use tape, although it might have been a good idea. I figured it would be best to place the protective film on the tablet and align it exactly where I want it before removing the adhesive backing. Then make sure you are in a dust-free area and there is no dust on or around the table. Make sure you're wearing clothes that won't spread dust. Wash and dry your hands with a lint-free towel. Pay attention to the screen, if you see dust on the screen, clean it before proceeding, otherwise you will have micro bumps under the glass. Slowly remove the protective film and simply align the top of the protective film with the top of the tablet and drop it. Make sure the sides are aligned before dropping it. Do not touch the adhesive side, just hold it by the edges. I had a few air bubbles at the bottom and I just took the fabric and with a little effort pushed the bubbles to the edges a couple of times, probably 30 or 40 times. Looks great when it's on. Keep in mind that this will require some advance planning and a bit of work if you want it to be straight and dust-free. It's worth it when you're done!
