Cool bag but the pockets are disappointing.

I was looking for a bag that would keep my yarn vertical and separate while I worked on projects. I also wanted it to be big enough to hold everything for the quilts I make so often, so it had to have plenty of room. Here I have finally decided. First, it is very sturdy and well made. It's attractive and has everything for my big projects. Too bad I don't like bags. I use a lot of super economical red heart yarn and a full skein won't fit in my pockets. I can get it to work, but it's tight. Then the outer pockets are even worse. The smaller ones I tried to use for a 12 ounce water bottle are too small. I was also hoping that the large pockets would fit in a large binder as that's where I keep my patterns and notes, not her. There are no sizes listed for the bags so I tried to guess and was disappointed. I keep the bag as it fits my needs, but if I find something bigger I'll take it. Oh, a little pouch bag that will fit a washcloth, but no more. I would have preferred it to be a bit taller so I could at least use it to hold my crochet hooks. However, it's too short for that, so I honestly don't know if I'll ever use it.
