The support team were very helpful in helping to identify issues and get us back on the right track. I would like to see increased training opportunities where the infra team is able to offer more technical support on an ongoing basis rather than just when a problem occurs. We chose infraLayer as they were recommended by a colleague who has been using them for the last year with not reported issues. They took over our on-prem infrastructure with little downtime and have been fantastic to work with. Infralayer has been instrumental in our success as we have moved to cloud environments. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a partner that will help you build the right cloud solution. We've used Infralayer to help us transition from on-premises to public cloud. Their team is very knowledgeable and they quickly understood our needs and helped us design the right architecture.
