The support team were very helpful in helping to identify issues and get us back on the right track. The best thing about this system is that it's easy to use, simple to navigate, and requires little time to learn. It also allows me to customize my website design so I can fit my needs. The worst thing is that it doesn't have an automatic backup service. However, they do provide backups every month which is pretty good. The best thing about it is that I can easily manage my cloud instances from any place in world at anytime, even while staying offline! It's also easy to deploy new resources into our existing environments without having to worry about breaking something else. The team has been very helpful in making sure we understand our needs, as well is helping us develop solutions to those problems that are unique or difficult for traditional cloud providers like AWS etc.. They have also provided help with other aspects of security (e-discovery) which was not part their core competency but they were able solve it without complaint! Not much so far - just getting started working together this month; looking forward though I think there's some nice synergy here…
