Very slow. My USB 2.0 adapter is faster than this USB 3.0 adapter. It works fine but transfer is slow. I'm a little disappointed with how slow this adapter is. UPDATE: The more I use it, the slower it gets. I was hoping to replace the Cables2Go USB 2.0 adapter, but the difference in speed is negligible. UGREEN contacted me and wanted me to run a series of tests, but why should I test it for them as it should meet the requirements right away. I'm not a happy backpacker but for the price I'll probably just unsubscribe. Hope this review helps someone else. Update 2: Apparently this adapter likes SSDs. When I use it with my HP Win 10 laptop (SSHD to SSHD) it runs very slowly and slows down. Today I used it to clone a Win 7 Pro desktop (from SSD to SSD) and it was very fast. Unless you're upgrading from SSD to SSD, don't expect much speed from this adapter.
