Mine actually had glue in it
Cool patch Mine actually had glue in it but I hand reinforced it to be safe. The glue must be placed between the iron and plaster with a towel (thin kitchen towel) - otherwise the plaster will melt. I heated each section for over a minute. Let it cool and then randomly inspect the partitions. Just the glue kept it in good shape, but I didn't want to risk it and sewed the snake on for double security. I think it turned out great, the Picts don't really do it justice.
