Good quality. warm and sweet My 5 year old loved it. I have small children who are a size 13. They are fluffy and plush. Filled with foam that wraps around her legs even though they're a little big on her right now. I would say they are true to size. She is now 11.5 years old and I have grown taller to give me room to grow. They feel solid. I like the grippy non-slip rubber soles. They are ideal for our wooden and tile floors and for safely climbing and descending stairs.
