These cases have a soft rubber feel, the badges perfectly match the buttons on the key fob, fit snugly on top and allow attachment to the key ring. as well as the lid. The last two attributes are particularly important to me as my previous cap, a loose fitting plastic and fabric cap, only had the cap attached to the key ring and the key fob itself simply slipped inside. One day I discovered the key fob had slipped out leading to the switch to this style (luckily I found the key fob since it was at home but if it hadn't been there it probably would have been lost). The only question I have is if the white badge markers will rub off with wear/use, but they're pretty cheap and easy to replace if that happens.
