Needs to add some USB-C connectivity to the Alienware R9 Tower. I embarrassingly spent too much time trying to figure out which one would be compatible with my Windows 10 box and didn't have to go to some nondescript website to install an unnecessary driver to make it work. Well, I chose this one, if only because it was less intimidating than other "imported" options I found, and it was reasonably priced. Arrived, connected, the computer received several messages about installing Windows 10. Computer restarted. When I logged in it just worked. Since then it works fine. Almost 3 months old and it still works to spec. Maybe I'm lucky :)
