Order one size up and change this belt.
I have a 34" waist. I bought a belt 28-34 inches. This belt leaves no room for stretch if a person with a 34 inch waist eats a lot or gains weight depending on the season. My advice is to buy a bigger belt and cut it according to the instructions they give. The belt seems strong. I will buy and adjust one size larger.
