These are good videos and I give them 5 stars based on the videos themselves. They are well made and roll very easily. However, the reason I give them 4 stars is that they can leave black marks on certain floor surfaces. So if you use them on light ground and put a lot of weight on them, don't be surprised if they leave black spots, especially when turning on the spot when changing direction. We got them to replace the old plastic wheels on the old chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen had light square linoleum-style tiles, and those wheels leave black stains on the floor when you ride on them. I also took a brand new one of these wheels and banged it with some force into another linoleum floor and even a painted concrete floor as a test and both left black marks. So be aware of this issue. Also, if you haven't bought them yet, note that 2" and 2-1/2" reels have different shank sizes! The 2" reel has a 7/16" shank that is 1-3/8" long, while the 2-1/2" reel has a 3/8" shank that is 1". is long (these are the ones we need) .
