Ideal for listening to audio books at the gym. Good size to fit my ear for excellent in-ear stability. The whole device is so small that I can rotate it to fit my ear. I don't listen to music with him. The sound quality of podcasts and audio books is excellent. I've used it for calls a few times and it seems fine, no complaints from people on the other side of the call. I have tried several mini headphones of this type, this is my favorite model. They are so small that they can easily be lost unless you can find a small case to store them in. My first watch from this brand was put in the washing machine in a jeans pocket. It still works, but the battery life has been reduced to a few minutes. I'm glad they are so cheap and amazingly comfortable to use in the gym and outdoors.
