Works great. Good spacing for using multiple bricks for external drive enclosures and more. USB is a good option if my charger is missing and someone else is using it. This device has saved me before. I had a foot massager that I use daily because I have restless legs syndrome and it helps. I was using it the other night and in a big flash I heard a pop and everything on the surge protector went blank, including my newly assembled desktop and 42 inch TV. The cord on the massager was loose and I didn't notice it. It twisted and broke, plus and minus collided with a loud bang and sparks. I was very concerned that my new desktop and TV was over. To my surprise, the surge protector just worked and turned itself off. I turned it back on (pulled out the massager, of course) and everything is fine. The Messager is finished, which I didn't care, but the rest of the electronics survived. I didn't know it would protect itself from surges on one of the outlets, so that was good to know.
