The watch is very beautiful but broken twice. The first time it was in a factory box with a plastic lining that protects the dial and other details. I set it on my wife's wrist and we found that the watch just wouldn't run. We sent it back and the watch was "sold out" so it was resent two weeks later. This time the watch did not have the original plastic covers protecting the dial and other parts, and the bracelet, which is a bit difficult to adjust, fitted my wife perfectly. Looks like we've been sent the same defective watch twice. Terrible seller.
