Wow, this mount is AMAZING! I finally got my 4 year old 50 inch plasma tv on the wall! We've had it on our floor TV stand since we bought it and it worked great until we moved to a new house and that house has a fireplace with a large space above the fireplace which is AMAZING for a TV. Well here the woman wanted a TV as the last few people who lived here had one over there so I started looking for TV mounts. I must have seen about 20 of them. and I decided on a few different ones until I started reading reviews and looking them up on different websites and looking at some more reviews. I narrowed it down to two then this one won for durability, strength and ease of installation. and that was the fact that all I had to do was attach it to the wall. The instructions were fairly simple, schematic, in good English, with all screws and other fixings in place. I didn't use any of these so I can't confirm the value. I used the screws that attached the TV to the floor stand. This stand swiveled side to side and held the TV in the air, so there were plenty of those for this mount too. Warning, this mount is a beast! For this setup you need to have two pretty strong people as you can't do it alone. But once the bracket was securely fastened and the TV brackets installed on the TV, the TV stood just right, and the TV's left-to-right, inside-out, side-to-side articulation, everything was SMOOVE! I would recommend this mount to my family and friends! I took other people's advice from all the reviews I read and replaced the lag bolts with the ones I bought from Lowe just to be on the safe side. I didn't use any of the screws or fasteners that came with the mount because I bought my own or used what I already had from another mount.
