One of my two GSDs suffered from allergies so severe that she chewed her paws until it bled, scratched her face until it bled, and rubbed her snout on the floor mats inside or the pavement outside until, you guessed it, blood came out. The vet only prescribed Benadryl, antibiotics and medical wipes for the bleeding areas but I needed to find out the cause. I was shocked by what I learned. Yes it's EXPENSIVE, especially for my 87lb GSD! BUT. 3 weeks later she was completely off Benadryl and antibiotics! No more scratching and moaning in pain. Such drug free relief for my sweet girl is PRICELESS.
