The design of this bag is very uncomfortable and doesn't make sense. All the reviews seem great so I guess not everyone has the same problem as me. The pockets are not accessible unless you fully reverse open the pocket and the pockets are "pulled out" from the main body of the bag (see second photo). Also, it seems like you need to hang it up and it's not the kind of bag you can just set on the counter and then just zip up and store away after use. I was hoping for a bag that I could easily open, take out the product, zip up again and put away. It's not this bag. It seems to help some people but not me. The quality seems solid and the color is very nice and I like the small size hence 3 stars.
