Bought two of these for my 2005 Scion TC. They didn't come with a DIY programming guide that the seller had to send with the keys. I pulled instructions from the internet to program the keys and was only able to program the ignition but the door and panic button didn't work. I called their tech support for help. I was on hold for a while and was about to give up until finally a tech support rep came back online and sent me the correct instructions for key programming. After a bit of trial and error (about 8 times) I finally got the keys to program and work as it should. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. worth your money. Locksmith cut for $5 each. If you bought them and can't program them properly, call the tech support number listed with the keys and they will take care of you.
