I bought this fan to replace a desktop mini evaporative cooler fan that died within a week of use and this little guy was perfect. I sleep in a custom loft bed that is very high off the ground (ceiling 10ft) and even with the AC on it gets stuffy and hot so I bought a mini tower fan to circulate the air and then this little fan . that I can tilt it so that a gentle breeze blows against me while I sleep. It works great. I am very happy with it.
