Unconventional use! We installed these panels under our new bar table to keep the smart dog out of the living room without us (when he's alone he WILL mess up the carpet just because he can). The panels form an attractive barrier under the table. table and still let you sit on either side of the table. Would have given 5 stars if the panels were made of a stronger material than paper. Be careful they get wet and can spoil. However, so far they have proven to be durable; We attached ours with a tie rod first, and they were knocked over a few times by toddlers sitting at the table kicking plates (obviously lots of fun!). Now we have secured the rod with hanging hooks. You can paint the panels with craft paint, which is paper safe, but we thought the panels were fine. The dog is annoyed that the cat can get under the panels and get into the living room. We are happy.
