The ease of scheduling an appt with this service! It's so easy once I login through my Google account that it does all other steps (payment details).

There are no apps or downloads needed - just log in from any device/browser via their website link provided by email after registration process has been completed successfully.- Ease-of use when compared against some competitors' services which include downloading software required etc.. No idea about cost but if there was one thing they could improve upon then would be adding extra features like additional payment options ets.
