This is a good steamer. Very little water remains on the surface to be steamed. I really liked it but had to send it back as it is VERY HEAVY. Too difficult for people with hand strength or carpal tunnel problems. It might have been easier to handle the weight of the vapor trigger, which was in the handle, rather than using your thumb. The only other issue was that some nozzles developed tiny cracks where they run over the nozzle. This did not affect their use and no steam escaped.
