The clock shows "good" time. Pocket watches can lose up to a minute a day due to temperature changes and other factors. If you want precision go for quartz, otherwise enjoy the best of 19th century technology. Those are good hours. It is used daily. FYI, the automatic movement needed a squeeze from your palm to start working, but it didn't look back.
