Working but missing plastic inner core

Used as a replacement for my cheap steel bed frame. The legs are half inch holes and have plastic bushings for the 3/8 wheel stems. This wheel comes with a sheet metal sleeve that will not fit in half inch holes. I kept the plastic bushings, then these wheels fit fine. The stem of this impeller is not designed to fit into plastic bushings.

Pros
