I struggle with HORRIBLE heartburn. Sometimes it gets so bad that I wake up with sour sores at the corners of my mouth. I think it's the hiatal hernia from the workout, but that's beside the point. The thing is, it was hard. So bad that I got eraser sized dark acid erosions on some of my posterior teeth (because my head was resting on the pillow).
