I like the ease of searching and reporting on different types of data without having to leave my home screen. I also like that you can create your own custom reports. Sometimes it is difficult to find where to go in order to edit or add new information. Also not being able to add multiple values for one category in a single row. This is a great tool for any small business owner who needs to keep track of things such as inventory, customer info, etc. It has made our lives easier! It helps us keep track of everything from inventory to invoices and payments.
