Review on Alex Evenings Womens Cold Shoulder Ruched by Amanda Collins

I bought this dress and the sequin dress from Adrianna Papell for an important Christmas party. I bought two because of the reviews and being a petite woman I have a hard time finding elegant dresses that suit my body type. I ended up wearing this dress because it was more flattering and fitted better than the Adrianne Papell dress. There are a few shiny flakes that settle on your skin when you wear the dress (actually looks sexy with a low shine) but nothing like what others have posted. If you need to wash the dress, you must follow the instructions - hand wash the dress, turn inside out in cold water and dry flat. I received so many compliments that evening and am so glad I bought and wore this dress. I look forward to wearing this dress again.
