I ended up taking 3 of these before I could even get them to work halfway. There are 4 pins in the applicator cup that you need to align and then attach the protective film. The main problem is that it is practically impossible to do this without first not touching part of the protection to the screen. This can result in large bubbles and solids being trapped under the protective coating. I've put a lot of guards on a lot of phones and this annoys me the most. On the plus side, if you can use it properly, the feel and clarity is great. I didn't have any issues with the fingerprint sensor either. Luckily they have a pretty decent guarantee and can return it pretty quickly if you need a replacement. What holds it back from getting a higher rating is the nerve-wracking application process. I like the product in general and have had no problems with the company requesting a replacement. If you buy just be careful with the application and you should like it in the past.
