So my cat just had a growth removed on the left side. And so we went ahead and got this bodysuit so she wouldn't have to wear a cone. We took a medium size as suggested based on the weight and other sizing info they have. Overall her body is great. But the neck area is a joke. It's too stretched! Basically, I can pull anything out of her body through the head hole. This is a 9 year old longhair cat. I was concerned that the little one would be too small due to her fur, but the velcro easily accommodates the large stretch around her body. The problem is that it's too short. Overall it would suit her if it was a little longer. So I'd say it has more to do with kittens than cats. I have attached photos to show where her neck ends which is 4-5 inches from her actual neck where a regular tapered collar would be as well as a video. But very disappointed.
