I should have known better than to buy something without reading reviews. But after I got it it is exactly as many said in their reviews. Intermittent power from the panel controller makes it impossible to charge a device. Loading and unloading constantly. 5 hours of direct sunlight charged a phone's battery by 1% at 4 km/h, while a battery at 30 km/h lost 2%. There's clearly something wrong with the brain on this thing, the pulsing USB charging in direct sunlight. Initially I tested it on cloudy or overcast days when it was so pulsing. But I figured it would be fair to wait to give him a really hot dinner on a clear day. And came up with exactly the same result. Seems to be a quality lottery with this product as some reviews seem to have gotten a working bar. Unfortunately, I'm one of the unlucky ones. And will return it.
