If I didn't have a carpal tunnel, I do now. It's almost impossible to peel off the backing to separate the two pieces. I separated it by peeling off the side of the corner and pressing a spatula to hold it open, doing the same on the other side with my fingers and pressing it back. Pray you never have to take your tablet out of its case. Make sure your screen is pristine as I doubt anyone would want to open it up with a thin tablet to get a speck of dust between the protective film and the screen. Purify now or be silent forever. The rest of the case appears to be more expensive. It has a good weight feel, doesn't feel too slippery and the stand is flimsy but nice to have. All in all a good case, just make sure you have a palm rest when you actually open it. Ouch.
